The Heart Of What We Do
At From The Heart Supportive Care, restorative engagement is at the heart of everything we do.
We believe that every person has strengths, abilities, and potential that deserve to be recognized and supported—regardless of age, diagnosis, or changing health, therefor...our function-focused approach to supportive care is designed to help individuals preserve physical, cognitive, emotional, and social function through purposeful engagement in everyday life.
By encouraging active participation in meaningful activities and daily routines, we help reinforce existing abilities, reduce the risk of functional decline, and support independence wherever possible.
Whether someone is living with complex aging, recovering from a stroke, adapting after an acquired brain injury, or experiencing dementia or cognitive change, our support is individualized, person-centered, and designed to complement rehabilitation and exisiting healthcare services
We believe that preserving function begins by recognizing the person before the diagnosis

Testimonies
"Lynda's caring heart, compassion, support and care giving skills have been a blessing in our lives. We are so thankful for all she does for our family."
Tracey
"My Sisters and I (and our late Father, too) thank Lynda from the bottom of our hearts, for her wonderful affection and care of our Dad. From home to long term care, we would have been lost without her. We are so glad we found her when we did."
Lana
"Our family is deeply grateful for the dedication and compassion Lynda provides our Father. Her patience and understanding make a world of difference for him, and us- and we see how much happier and less stressed Dad is as a result. She always goes above and beyond, and we see her dedication in endless ways. With her consistent thoughtful approach to care over the phases of life ( from early in his home, to more advanced memory and restorative care in assisted living), Lynda feels like part of the family and has balanced this with professionalism very naturally. Her experience and empathetic nature is so very much appreciated."
